We appreciate Kevin a lot because we were probably among his more challenging clients looking to buy a home!
Kevin has proven himself to be incredibly patient yet proactive. Patient, because we were connected in the early fall of 2016 – almost 2 years ago! And yet, he continued to work with us in our seemingly endless search.

Soon after our introduction, he made sure we understood the bid submission process, and walked us through examples of how a seller might view multiple competing offers. He also provided guidance on homes in which we expressed interest in terms of neighborhood, school district, commute times, house layout, and upgrade need or opportunity. No matter how silly or basic the questions we had, he answered them all patiently. In one instance, he cautioned against a home due to its proximity to a densely used roadway due to potential ill effects of pollutants from traffic on said roadway.

We made unsuccessful bids on several places, and never once did he get upset, impatient, or testy. With one house on which we made a bid but seemed ambivalent about the place, he reminded us to be thoughtful about which places to bid on, given the large financial amounts involved. In the bids he advised on strategy in terms of pricing and the need or not for an introductory letter. Additionally, he takes full advantage of current technology to facilitate offer submissions, such as using DocuSign for electronic signing of paperwork and video chats for when schedules conflicted when visiting homes.

Finally, he also provided contacts for financing, handymen, and general contractors, and helped review work bids to make sure they weren’t out of line. Overall, he has shown himself to be a realtor of character, and I would highly recommend him for your future home buying or selling needs.
